Our most sought after brew, Pink Moment, is more than just magic in your mouth. It's also the magic moment when, at sunset, a pink hue is cast across the Topa Topa Mountains, that loom over the valley. Chill out, take a sip and let the day in.
Called "the champagne of kombuchas", our rare Jun culture is fermented with raw organic honey and organic green tea. Unlike standard kombucha brewed with sugar and black tea, it has a refined, delicate taste for the more cultured probiotic connoisseur. Yet it is non-alcoholic (less than 0.5% ABV) so Revel can be enjoyed by customers of all ages.
